Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Lansing, MI seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide individual, family, and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization setting. The role involves creating treatment plans, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and documenting progress with clients.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a Michigan provisional or full license, plus at least 2 years of clinical experience catering to mental health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Provisional clinical license in Michigan in good standing; may consider fully licensed clinicians.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.
• TB test, criminal background check clearance, and any mandatory state/federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Completes session notes, discharge plans, and reports in compliant format.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and external partners.
• Maintains ethical standards and adheres to policies and procedures.
