Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Michigan is seeking Associate Therapists to provide individual, family and group therapy within Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization settings. The role involves developing treatment plans, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, and supervising by licensed clinicians.

You will work closely with clients, families, and referral partners to deliver evidence-based care, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with state and accrediting guidelines.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology.
• Provisional clinical license in Michigan in good standing (or fully licensed).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates individual, family and group therapy sessions as part of intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs.
• Maintains accurate session notes, treatment plans, discharge plans and required reports per state and accrediting bodies.
• Ensures documentation reflects ongoing clinical assessments and client progress across care teams.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.
• Provides empathetic, patient-centered care and responds to client and family needs with professional communication.
