Job summary

• Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
• Mental Health Professional; licensure as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW preferred.
• At least five years of field experience; administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical individual and group supervision to mental health therapists and staff.
• Review therapists’ clinical documentation in Cerner and ensure QA.
• Coordinate with the Behavioral Health Program Manager on administrative and clinical management.
• Ensure client care aligns with WAC, contracts and Sea Mar policies.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Science or Social Service field

Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) or WA license

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
