The position emphasizes patient-centered care, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with community partners to provide integrated care. A strong background in WAC/TJC standards and experience with Cerner is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to mental health therapists, peer specialists, case managers and program staff at the site.
• Review and approve therapists' clinical documentation in Cerner as appropriate.
• Ensure staff meet weekly service hours and monthly productivity targets in collaboration with the Manager.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality compliance and protect patient information.
