Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a federally qualified health center in Washington, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee outpatient mental health services at the site and supervise therapists, clinicians, and staff. The role includes direct client services, group facilitation, and coordination with the Behavioral Health Program Manager.

The candidate will ensure quality care, adherence to WAC/TJC standards, and data integrity, while promoting Sea Mar’s mission and client-centered approach

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
• Licensed status as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW preferred; active license required where applicable.
• At least five years’ experience in the field, with some administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mental Health Therapists, peer specialists, case managers and program staff at the site.
• Provide clinical individual and group supervision and review therapists’ documentation.
• Ensure staff meet weekly service hours and monthly productivity targets.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client information; coordinate with the Program Manager.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Science or Social Service field

Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW)
