Qualifications

• Clinical leadership and oversight of outpatient programs.
• Knowledge of/state regulations, contracts, payer requirements, CARF/CCH BCHC criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of all mental health outpatient programs.
• Ensure services are clinically appropriate, person-centered, trauma-informed, and compliant with laws and contracts.
• Oversee referral partnerships, caseloads, supervision, credentialing, service plan reviews, and documentation quality.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate leaders and staff; ensure training and competency development.
• Monitor program performance, quality indicators, productivity, billing, and financial performance.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and address variances to ensure sustainability.
• Participate in audits, grant reporting, accreditation surveys, and corrective actions.
• Use data and feedback to identify improvements and maximize outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with community partners, payers, and regulators.
• Collaborate with departments to support program needs and outcomes.
