Lifeline Connections seeks a Clinical Supervisor to work with the Program Director and Chief Clinical Officer, overseeing clinical services, chart reviews, and staff supervision within the behavioral health program.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, substance use/mental health knowledge, and progressive supervisory experience. Salary is competitive, with full-time benefits and Washington-specific compliance duties.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, business management, or related field.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment and mental health is required.
• Progressive supervisory experience in a state-approved substance use or mental health program.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of designated staff on the unit.
• Ensure compliance with WACs, RCWs, Federal regulations and contract requirements.
• Prepare and review clinical charts, treatment plans, and case staffing.
• Coordinate orientation and training for new staff and ongoing staff development.
• Participate in direct service and collaborate with the Program Director on program progress.
