Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preference for counseling/mental health background.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in SC; willingness to pursue licensure within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, guidance, and clinical supervision of treatment needs and supervisees.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments and treatment planning.
• Serve as consultant and educator on integrated dual disorder treatment and ensure CARF fidelity.
• Attend trainings and supervision meetings; ensure compliance with policies.
