The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Mental Health Professional II for the Spartanburg area to coordinate and supervise clinical services at the SAMHC, ensuring compliance with CCBHC certification and regulatory standards.

The role involves supervising staff, managing complex caseloads, collaborating with providers across the state, and applying data-driven quality improvement to improve outcomes while protecting client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field.
• Professional experience in mental health, human services or social services.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the Certified Community Behavioral Center (CCBHC) to ensure compliance.
• Hire, train and supervise clinical and administrative staff; lead the treatment team.
• Provide clinical services to individuals with serious mental illness.
• Collaborate with community providers and state agencies to ensure seamless transitions.
• Establish quality assurance processes and monitor outcomes and client satisfaction.
