The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Spartanburg Area Mental Health Center to support outpatient mental health services and recovery-focused care. You will supervise clinical and administrative activities, oversee treatment planning, and help ensure program quality and compliance.

Master's degree in a related field is required with SC licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in SC; willing to pursue licensure within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical services (individual, family, and group therapy) in an outpatient clinic.
• Oversight, guidance, and supervision of clinical and administrative processes including HR paperwork.
• Coordinate training in evidence-based treatment practices and monitor outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning, track readiness and stages of change.
• Ensure compliance, CARF fidelity, and chart signoffs for the substance use roster.
