Job summary

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) – Office of Mental Health is seeking a Program Manager I for the Spartanburg Clinic. You will lead programs for children, adolescents, and families, ensuring high-quality, culturally sensitive care and strong supervision.

Under the Spartanburg Executive Director, you will coordinate with schools and community partners, manage outcomes data, and oversee budget and compliance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Evidence of clinical experience providing direct patient care (practicum, internship, or post-graduate).
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise CAF programs for children, adolescents, and families; provide clinical and admin supervision.
• Oversee the School Mental Health program and liaise with Spartanburg County schools to promote and grow the program.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance and QA standards; document services per state guidelines; manage CAF budget.
• Coordinate and deliver training in evidence-based treatments for assessment, crisis stabilization, and therapy.
• Attend management meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
