Amergis is seeking an Outpatient Surgery/Observation Medical Coder in Atlanta, GA to assign ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes and abstract pertinent information from patient records. You will work with the revenue cycle team to ensure accurate coding, billing, and compliance.

Contract - Part Time; setting Healthcare Facilities. Pay rate is $595 per week with benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k), and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one of the following certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CPC-H (COC) for a minimum of 2 years and have a minimum of 2 years relevant coding experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
