BHMG Urgent Care Bardstown is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care and clinical support in our outpatient clinic. You will greet patients, take vital signs, assist with history-taking, EPIC documentation, and coordinate tests and procedures.

Successful candidates will have 1+ year MA experience or completion of an accredited MA program, proficiency with EMR systems, and BLS certification. Opportunities include benefits, PTO, and growth support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as Medical Assistant in a medical office or clinic.
• Experience includes direct patient care such as obtaining vital signs, documenting history and medications, and performing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Check in patients and obtain vital signs; perform medication reconciliation.
• Collect patient history information.
• Navigate and document in EPIC EMR.
• Coordinate tests and procedures; communicate with pharmacies, insurance, patients and physicians.
