Mental Health Services for Clark & Madison Counties is seeking a Medical Assistant (CMA) to support outpatient primary care clinics in Springfield, OH. The role includes administrative and clinical duties, patient flow management, and coordinating pre-visit data for both adult and youth patients.

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st shift, with rotations between multiple campus locations. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; CMA certification is preferred, and

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience and/or certification required.
• Experience in medical office, billing and EHR preferred.
• 1 year of experience in mental or behavioral health preferred.
• Valid OH Driver's License; able to be covered on MHS insurance liability policy; clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient flow through the clinic and coordinate paperwork, scheduling and pre-visit data.
• Provide administrative and clinical support for the outpatient Primary Care program.
• Potentially rotate between Main Building, Primary Care on High Street and Madison County offices.
