Under Medical Director or Physician direction, you will dispense medications safely and report patient progress and responses.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in North Carolina or a compact license.
• No history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment.

Responsibilities

• Dispense doses of medication to patients accurately under the direction of the Medical Director or Physician.
• Document patient symptoms, responses, and progress thoroughly and promptly.
• Maintain MARs, monitor patient vitals, and report adverse reactions or interactions.
