Job summary

Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare’s Comprehensive Treatment Centers, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to dispense medications for opioid use disorder. Responsibility includes accurate dosing, documentation, and regulatory compliance, under Medical Director supervision.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing degree, NC LPN license (or compact), and at least 1 year in behavioral health or MAT-related settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment program, or addiction recovery preferred.
• No history of alcohol or other drug misuse for three years prior to employment.
• Current LPN license in North Carolina, or compact license.
• Experience with MAT and knowledge of related regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately under supervision of Medical Director or Physician.
• Document patient symptoms, responses and progress thoroughly.
• Maintain medication stock and DEA/FDA/ADP compliance records.
• Chart nursing notes and MARs in a timely manner.
• Support a safe, patient-centered treatment environment in MAT/dispensing.
