Job summary

Acadia Healthcare's Goldsboro Comprehensive Treatment Center seeks an LPN Dispensing Nurse for our outpatient MAT program. You will dispense medications under Medical Director or Physician supervision, document patient responses, and ensure accurate medication handling in a fast-paced, recovery-focused setting.

You will work mornings, with some Saturday shifts, in a role focused on safe dispensing, patient monitoring, and regulatory compliance within a supportive nursing team dedicated to

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment program, or addiction recovery.
• No history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of Medical Director and Clinic Director; provide safe and accurate dispensing of medications.
• Maintain nursing standards of care and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Accurately report and document symptoms, responses, and progress.
• Maintain stock accountability and records required by DEA, FDA, and ADP.
• Dedicate at least 90% of scheduled hours to medication administration activities.
