Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in state of service or multi-state via eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in outpatient/clinic setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Administer IM, subcutaneous, and oral medications as ordered.
• Screen patients for chief complaints and vital signs; record data in medical records.
• Collaborate with providers to guide care and seek guidance as needed.
• Escort patients and assist with scheduling and clinic flow.
• Monitor patient responses and report findings promptly.
• Assist with examinations and procedures as assigned.
