Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to travel to assigned CMS sites.
• Valid Driver License and Motor Vehicle Clearance.
• Experience in substance use disorders preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of signs of intoxication and opioid withdrawal symptoms.
• Demonstrates accuracy in medication administration and record-keeping.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by CMS providers.
• Monitor behavioral and medical symptoms related to dosage.
• Obtain vital signs, blood specimens, and urine samples.
• Process point-of-care urine drug screens.
• Maintain accurate medication inventory records.
• Document medication errors and adverse reactions per policy.
• Maintain patient records in CMS EHR system.
• Deliver medications to external facilities.
• Adhere to all regulations and report diversion.
