Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for an Outpatient Clinic in Franklin, TN. This contract role is on-site, with 32–40 hours per week and 7–10 hour shifts. Training occurs over a 3‑week orientation period, followed by 6‑week blocks for scheduling.

The role involves patient assessments, medication administration, clinical testing, documentation, and teamwork to ensure quality patient outcomes. Potential to hire permanently based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Identify and document abnormalities in blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and document clinical findings.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point‑of‑care testing.
• Document patient medical history, medications, allergies, surgeries, and other relevant information in the EMR.
• Conduct medication reviews and identify potential side effects or drug interactions.
• Provide patient education related to self‑care and disease management.
