Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for an outpatient clinic in New York, NY. This contract-to-hire, on-site role offers growth, stability, and a 40+ hour workweek with 32–40 hours per week while providing patient-facing clinical care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of related healthcare experience.
• Preferred: Epic EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, IV and topical medications.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor vitals.
• Document findings and maintain EMR records.
• Help with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Educate patients on self-care and disease management.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Ensure a clean, organized clinic environment.
