Job summary

Terros Health seeks a Licensed Associate Clinician for the Recovery Counseling Program at the 23rd Ave Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. This Full-Time, employed role provides outpatient services Monday through Friday in a Day Shift.

Responsibilities include individual/group/family counseling and coordination with care teams. AZ licensure reimbursement is offered, with generous benefits and PTO, including 401(k).

Qualifications

• Licensed Associate Clinician in AZ required.
• Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• AZ licensure reimbursement upon renewal as Terros Health employee.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling.
• Chart progress and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor client needs and perform re-assessments as needed.
• Coordinate services with case managers and clinic staff.
• Some in-home counseling may be required.
