Job summary

Campbell County Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Infusion Center in Gillette, WY. You will deliver professional nursing care, administer IV therapies, assess patients, document histories, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and Wyoming RN licensure (or eligibility). CPR certification is required per policy, with opportunities for professional growth within a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Wyoming RN license, or eligible to be licensed.
• CPR certification as policy dictates.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment and documents in patient record.
• Develops an age-appropriate plan of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Implements the plan of care, delegates appropriately and documents interventions.
• Evaluates progress towards desired outcomes, revises plan of care as needed.
• Educates patient and families regarding health status, plan of care, and expected outcomes.
• Provides service excellence to all customers.
• Maintains professional standards related to clinical practice, staffing and continuing education.
• Participates in CQI teams and Quality Improvement Program.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
• May work on other nursing units as distribution of staff and patients.
• Complies with Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, laws and hospital policies.
