Job summary

You will travel to patient homes up to 150–200 miles one way, with travel time paid and mileage reimbursement. Requirements include Wyoming RN licensure, CPR certification, and IV therapy experience, with potential multi-state licensure as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming RN license; multi-state licensure may be required.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver''s license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause).
• Experience with Microsoft Office to document patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients'' homes.
• Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education per the physician''s plan of treatment.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists and other partners.
• Travel up to 150-200 miles one way; travel time is paid and mileage reimbursed.
