Mascmedical is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver value-based, outpatient geriatric care in a collaborative setting. The role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and building long-term relationships with an established geriatric patient panel.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends or hospital rounds; salary includes production-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including malpractice insurance, CME allowance, relocation assistance, and

Qualificações

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Specialization in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active, FL license to practice.
• Current DEA registration.
• Outpatient primary care experience (≥3 years).

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with NPs, care coordinators, and staff for patient-centered care.
• Utilize EHRs to document encounters and track outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement and care-enhancement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and treatment plans.
