Mascmedical is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality outpatient care for a geriatric patient panel in Daphne, AL, emphasizing preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends. The role offers a competitive base salary with production-based bonuses, sign-on and relocation assistance, fully funded malpractice insurance, CME allowance, and a strong, supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with AL license and current DEA registration.
• Active hospital and outpatient care experience in geriatrics is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a team-based care model.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings with a focus on early intervention.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for a predominantly geriatric population.
• Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document clinical encounters and track patient outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture focused on continuous care enhancement.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices.
