Job summary

Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking a contractor to deliver gambling treatment services in outpatient settings in Monroe, LA. The role includes screening, counseling, and case management for up to 32 clients, with supervision and adherence to ADRA licensure standards.

The contractor will coordinate care across clinics, maintain records, and participate in community outreach activities and program reports throughout the contract period.

Qualifications

• Contractor shall be licensed or under the appropriate board-certified supervision under ADRA.
• Contractor shall provide compulsive gambling outpatient screening and counseling to up to 32 clients.
• Workload includes average 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per contract year; total billable hours capped at 2080.

Responsibilities

• Screen referred clients per ADRA guidelines.
• Develop individualized treatment plans within 72 hours of admission.
• Provide ongoing counseling and case management.
• Attend supervision and clinical team meetings.
• Engage in community outreach and coordination with local agencies.
