Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a High School education (diploma) or GED.
• CNA or MA preferred but not mandatory.
• Two years of related experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Telephone skills and knowledge of privacy laws.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and maintaining the confidentiality of PHI.
• Must have a fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities
