EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, is seeking a Receptionist (Outpatient Services Support Specialist) in Tempe, AZ to professionally greet clients, answer multi-line calls, schedule appointments, and perform clerical duties in a clinic setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience, excellent communication, strong computer skills, and HIPAA privacy knowledge. CNA or MA preferred. This full-time role offers generous PTO, holidays, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a High School education (diploma) or GED.
• CNA or MA preferred but not mandatory.
• Two years of related experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of privacy laws and HIPAA compliance.
• Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one.
