Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
• Obtains and maintains BCLS Healthcare Provider Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in outpatient settings using the nursing process.
• Greet and escort patients through the practice.
• Perform nursing assessments and document findings accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and health-team members to implement orders.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Act as liaison with outside agencies and providers for patient care.
