Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Outpatient RN for Endoscopy in Dublin. You will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort in pre- and post-procedure settings.

This intermittent, first-shift role requires Ohio RN licensure, and experience in surgical/endoscopy units is preferred. You’ll collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to discharge patients and

Qualifications

• Must have Ohio RN licensure (active or interim).
• 2-year nursing degree or higher required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide nursing care to patients and families in alignment with the professional practice model.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient-centered care.
• Assist with pre/post-procedure assessment, sedation monitoring, and discharge planning.
