Allegheny Health Network seeks an Outpatient Dietitian to provide nutrition care in primary care settings on site in Pittsburgh. You will assess, plan, implement and monitor patient nutrition interventions and educate patients and staff to support health goals.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to HIPAA and privacy standards, and collaboration with care teams to optimize nutrition outcomes in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• RDN or RD eligibility with time-bound certification required.

Responsabilités

• Directs and provides nutrition care through assessment, planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Develops, documents and monitors the nutrition plan of care for patients.
• Provides nutrition education to patients and staff.
• Performs documentation and reporting according to procedures and practice guidelines.
• Develops tools to improve nutrition care for patients, staff and community.
