Providence Medical Foundation is seeking an Outpatient Registered Dietitian to educate patients in group, individual and virtual settings. You will independently research, develop, implement, and evaluate education programs for patients and the community.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Food or Nutrition Science.
• Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration
• 1 year Working in an outpatient healthcare setting.
• 1 year Experience as a Registered Dietitian in an outpatient education department teaching patients (adults and children) in group and individual settings.
• Experience with providing MNT and individual counseling.
• Experience with teaching and modeling self-management skills, concepts, resources and tools related to health, lifestyle change and behavior modification to class participants.
• Experience with working with patients with chronic diseases and other primary prevention programs.
• Experience with program planning, implementation, evaluation and education training.
• Experience with Microsoft Word or windows environment and an email system.

• Work independently to serve a small community and make a difference in patients' health.
