Providence is seeking an Outpatient Registered Dietitian to provide patient education and support across group, individual, and telephone visits, both in-person and virtual. You will independently research, develop, implement, and evaluate education programs for patients and the community, serving a small community with a real health impact.

The role focuses on MNT, counseling, and behavior modification, offering a flexible schedule and opportunity to advance in a supportive Providence culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food or Nutrition Science.
• CDR Registered Dietitian required at hire.
• 1 year working in an outpatient healthcare setting.
• 1 year experience as RD in outpatient education teaching adults and children.
• Experience with MNT and individual counseling.
• Experience with teaching self-management skills for health behavior change.
• Experience with chronic diseases and primary prevention programs.
• Experience with program planning, implementation, evaluation and education training.
• Experience with Word, Windows and email systems.

Responsabilités
