Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food or Nutrition Science.
• 1 year outpatient healthcare setting experience.
• 1 year outpatient education experience.
• Experience with MNT and individual counseling.
• Experience with teaching self-management and behavior modification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education in group, individual, and telephone formats.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs for patients and the community.
• Work independently to research and design educational content.
• Build lasting relationships with patients to support health goals.
