Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking an Outpatient Registered Dietitian to educate patients in group, individual, and telephonic formats while developing and evaluating education programs for patients and the community.

The role offers flexible scheduling with potential part-time options and a collaborative environment that values patient-centered care and continuous improvement in health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food or Nutrition Science required.
• Registered Dietitian with CDR certification upon hire.
• Experience in outpatient healthcare and patient education (adults/children).
• MNT and individual counseling experience essential.
• Experience teaching self-management and behavior modification.
• Experience with managing chronic diseases and prevention programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education in group and one-on-one settings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs for patients and community.
• Support education for staff and participate in program planning.
