Providence Medical Foundation is seeking an Outpatient Registered Dietitian to educate patients in group, individual, and telephone formats and to develop education programs for patients and the community. You will work independently to research, implement, and evaluate services that support patient health and community well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food or Nutrition Science.
• National CDR Registered Dietitian at hire.
• 1 year outpatient healthcare setting experience.
• 1 year RD in outpatient education teaching adults and children in groups/individuals.
• Experience with MNT and individual counseling.
• Experience with self-management education and behavior change.
• Experience with chronic diseases and primary prevention programs.
• Experience with program planning, implementation, evaluation and education training.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Windows email systems.
