Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 track to participate in the Clinical Advancement Program, providing comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group.

You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, coordinate care for hemodialysis patients, and participate in quality improvement activities within the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
  • Current state licensure required.
  • CPR BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

  • Assess patient data during hemodialysis and adjust care plan as needed.
  • Coordinate care with RN, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
  • Educate patient and family on care and treatment options.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and document results.
  • Lead and train staff as assigned and participate in safety initiatives.
