Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for dialysis patients, monitor during hemodialysis, educate patients and families, and administer medications as prescribed.

This role may involve supervision of other staff and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Qualified candidates have a nursing degree, current state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for dialysis patients.
• Monitor patient data during hemodialysis and adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per algorithm and document effectiveness.
• Lead or supervise PCTs/LPNs/RNs as assigned.
