Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for dialysis patients.
• Coordinate with care team including RNs, LVNs/LPNs and techs.
• Documentations in patient records; monitor treatment response and adjust plans.
• Provide patient education on treatment modalities and transplant options.
• Assist with emergencies and supervise or mentor junior staff as needed.
