Qualifications

• Current state licensure.

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis sessions and adjust care plan.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment options.
• Provide safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy with team collaboration.
• Assist with emergencies and ensure proper handling of labs.
