Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Florida is looking for an Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join their team. This entry-level position is responsible for providing clinically competent care to patients, including hemodialysis treatment and patient education. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in nursing and a current nursing license. Experience in nephrology nursing is preferred. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must have a minimum of 9 months experience as a RN.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Perform ongoing assessment and documentation for hemodialysis treatment.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options.
