Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with potential CADC certification within 24 months.
• Better outcomes through respectful engagement with Native communities and awareness of cultural differences.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling per clinical plan and standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and input data into NextGen/MOTTS or other systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as part of the outpatient program.
• Deliver comprehensive alcohol and other drug education and health information.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with client participation and progress notes.
• Enter client data and outcomes into required electronic health record systems.
