Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant human services experience.
• Must be able to obtain CADC certification within 24 months of hire and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and document services as per ASAM/CDMIS.
• Enter client data into NextGen and MOTTS or similar EHR systems.
• Coordinate wrap-around services and referrals with tribal and community resources.
• Support prevention, mental health, and youth programs in the community.
