Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Henderson is seeking an Outpatient Coordinator to manage referrals and coordinate all outpatient services. You will serve as the lead support for hospital-based or freestanding outpatient clinics, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities include advising management on scheduling, staffing, and performance issues for clerical staff. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for additional business or technical training and strong

The Outpatient Coordinator (OP)

The Outpatient Coordinator (OP) maintains referral management and coordinate all outpatient services. Serves as lead support person for the hospital-based and/or freestanding outpatient clinic. Makes recommendations to management regarding scheduling, hiring and performance management of clerical staff, where applicable.

• Education and Training: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Business or Technical School training is preferred. Strong medical terminology is required.
• Experience: More than one (1) year experience in a medical office position or in a healthcare registration function.
