Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician at the Desert Cove Recovery Health Center in Phoenix to provide outpatient counseling and direct support services. You will engage clients in Independent Living Skills activities, promote health and wellness, and coordinate with case managers, medical providers, and clinic staff.

The role includes daily case management, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning, with work hours Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with state and local agencies to arrange services.

Seeking a Clinician to join our interdisciplinary team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Desert Cove Recovery Health Center.

Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

BHT Level Therapists (Masters Required): Starting at $23.42/hr. - $24.47/hr.

Associates Level Therapists - LMSW, LAC, LAAC: Starting at $57,000 per annum - $64,000 per annum

Independently Licensed Therapists - LCSW, LPC, LIAC: Starting at $70,000 per annum

*All above listed ranges are dependent on education and applicable experience - Behavioral health experience is defined as employment experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance abuse, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor.*

Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili, or ASL.

Duties Include

• Responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients.
• Provides direct support services to include engaging clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management.
• Monitors case load daily to ensure required documentation is completed timely; including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment plans, case reviews and discharge plans.
• Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed.
• Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.
• Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families in both individual and group sessions
• Conducts assessments or screenings with clients to evaluate the nature of their presenting problems in order to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plan goals.
• Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with case managers, medical providers, and other clinic staff.
• Services are provided according to all licensure, state, and federal laws, and Terros Policies and Procedures. May sign off on non-licensed staff’s work.
