Thrive Now Recovery Centers in Des Moines, IA, is opening a new outpatient program and seeking a Clinical Therapist to join the launch team. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients in outpatient treatment, contributing to program development and clinical culture.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care in the electronic health record.

Formación

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Current Iowa license or ability to obtain licensure before start date.
• Experience in behavioral health or SUD treatment preferred.
• Experience facilitating therapy groups preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients in outpatient treatment.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and make level‑of‑care recommendations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the treatment team.
• Facilitate evidence‑based, recovery‑focused therapy groups.
• Document services thoroughly in the electronic health record.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care coordination.
• Support relapse prevention, coping skills, and transition planning.
• Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA compliance.
