Thrive Now Recovery Centers seeks a founder-level Clinical Director for Des Moines outpatient services. You will build the clinical model, establish workflows, and lead a diverse team to deliver high-quality, accessible recovery care.

You will shape culture, implement evidence-based practices, and oversee assessments, treatment planning, and discharge processes within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field and Iowa licensure are required.
• Independent licensure (LISW/LMHC/LMFT) strongly preferred.
• Experience leading outpatient behavioral health or SUD programs is required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and ongoing oversight of outpatient clinical programming.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain a strong clinical team.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development.
• Ensure quality, trauma-informed, evidence-based care aligned with patient needs.
