Thrive Now Recovery Centers in Des Moines, Iowa is preparing to open a new outpatient program focused on substance use disorders and behavioral health. We seek an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the opening clinical team and deliver high-quality medical care.

You will conduct medical evaluations, prescribe medications, provide MAT for opioid use disorder, and collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other providers to build integrated care.

Formación

• Graduate degree from an accredited NP program is required.
• Current NP licensure in Iowa or ability to obtain prior to start.
• National NP board certification is required.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to prescribing.
• Prescriptive authority in line with Iowa requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Complete comprehensive medical evaluations and ongoing patient assessments.
• Prescribe and manage medications within scope and state/federal rules.
• Provide medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder.
• Coordinate care with therapists, case managers, and other providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and patient safety.
