Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient Clinic to provide direct clinical oversight and supervision of staff delivering evaluation, counseling, and medication management for children, families, and adults. Qualifications

• Must hold a current Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
• Demonstrated supervisory or clinical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to outpatient staff in office and field-based settings.
• Supervise staff to deliver culturally competent, strength-based, and person-centered services.
• Oversee clinical assessments, authorizations, crisis plans, admissions, and ongoing symptom monitoring.
